Unmanned Loading

HMI assisted multilingual control system

Human Error Excluded

With CRYO.TAS, loading is 100% safe, fully documented and traceable thanks to our seamless process monitoring. Systems across multiple functional levels ensure compliance with all safety regulations and loading obligations in accordance with GMP. Driver and vehicle are identified using RFID transponders, and all processes are precisely predefined by the system, thereby ruling out user errors entirely. By automating all processes, loading times are drastically decreased.

CRYO.TAS allows you to control all connected processes over multiple sites. With just one click, you gain an overall view of the status quo of your plants, filter production and quality data, or calibrate technical equipment. An HMI terminal (SCALE.TAS) at the incoming weighing point is the starting point for loading. Since each vehicle is recorded in CRYO.TAS for logistics purposes, the permissible load weight or load volume is specified, and overloading is impossible. The pickup driver is instructed via the touchscreen in his or her native language on how to initiate all operational steps. The system also reminds drivers of any authorization renewals that may be required. This can concern, for example, general authorization for unloading, or access to medical products and so on. Loading orders can either be pre-scheduled or entered manually by a driver. This is subject to company processes and, consequently, to authorizations defined in the system. Each loading order for LOX, LIN, LAR, CO2 and H2 can be predefined and scheduled in CRYO.TAS. In this case, the driver initially has to enter only two values: the consignee number and the delivery note number. Following this, pre-and post-analysis can optionally be added. Alternatively, you can import the data from your company’s planning tool easily and efficiently via the optional ERP interface. Product availabilities and compliance with loading obligations are checked by the system in real-time. If everything is in order, the system will indicate vacant filling points (FILL.TAS) to the driver for loading. Identification is also carried out here using the same RFID process. The actual filling process is precisely quantified; after 80% of the filling, the analysis system starts automatically. The loading ends with an outgoing weighing process, and all required documents are automatically generated by CRYO.TAS for electronic shipping and on-site printout.

Multilingual Instructions

All information about orders, as well as safety and operating instructions on the CRYO.TAS touchscreens, are displayed in the drivers mother tongue

Complete
Traceability

Driver, tractor and trailer/tank are identified for each loading. Each individual order is seamlessly recorded in the system and can be traced.

Precise
Balancing

Depending on the product, automated loading with weight recording or mass flow measurement is possible. The same applies to loading on a scale.

Maximum
Security

CRYO.TAS checks the ADR and location-based loading permissions of each driver. A forced presence function during the loading process ensures that the drivers pays full attention.

Analysis at the Filling Points

In order to save time, after 80% of loading, the product is automatically analyzed based on the specified order type. All product specifications of the delivery locations are checked at loading. Analyzes at loading points always have priority over other analysis orders in the overall system.
